The Brand Authority Audit is where our AI infrastructure does its most concentrated work. Everything a brand publishes, claims, and has earned is assessed against what it can actually defend. Pattern recognition that once took weeks now runs in a fraction of the time.

One dimension of the audit measures something no traditional assessment has ever examined: the degree to which a brand’s Unfair Advantage is present, accurate, and defensible in the responses large language models return when asked about it. That model is answering questions about your category right now, assembled from sources the brand did not write and cannot control. Most brands have no idea what it says about them.

Every finding, every observation, every strategic decision in a Skaggs project is made by our team. The AI makes us faster and more thorough. It does not make us redundant.

What does the AI actually do?

It runs the assessment framework that powers the Brand Authority Audit. What it cannot do is interpret what those patterns mean for a specific brand, in a specific category, at a specific moment. That is our job, and it always will be.

What is the LLM Composite pillar and why does it matter?

When someone asks an AI model about your category, your competitors, or your brand, that model assembles an answer from what it has learned across the web — reviews, press, citations, and everything else that has been written about you. It is not reading your website. It is reading everything else. The LLM Composite pillar measures how accurately and how favorably your actual Unfair Advantage shows up in those responses. Does the AI output replace the deliverables?
