A new brand positioning statement from Charlotte Tilbury, “Give a woman the right makeup and she can conquer the world,” served as the guiding principle for all of Skaggs’ creative work. Skaggs worked closely with Charlotte Tilbury’s development team in the UK to perfect a look and a voice reflective of Charlotte’s aesthetic and sensibility. With its major website overhaul, Skaggs focused on creating a simple yet refined online shopping experience, enhancing usability while significantly improving brand positioning. Skaggs staged and shot the majority of the artistic photographs on the website.

In addition to the e-commerce portion of the site redesign, Skaggs also created Charlotte’s Universe, a section for customers and fans to explore her story, world, signature looks, and press. A wildly popular success, it includes makeup tutorials, videos, and blog posts, all written in Charlotte’s singular, engaging, and enthusiastic voice.
