In a project spanning two cultures, Skaggs Creative conceptualized and designed the ad campaign for the Italian Trade Commission’s Beauty Desk, which promotes Italian contract manufacturers to US beauty brands looking for quality ingredient manufacturing. The challenge was to please the Italian Trade Commission, taking into consideration their specifically Italian identity, voice, and messaging, while also making the ads appeal to American manufacturing brands in order to win them over. All photography for the ad campaign was done by Bradley Skaggs, with Italian products supplied by the ITA. The campaign ran nationally, in both print and digital formats, including publications such as WWD.
